STEP1. Customize & Place Order

Choose your jersey style and color, select your size, enter your team, name and number, and complete checkout.

STEP2. Review & Approve Your Design

We prepare a design proof using the customization details you submitted and send it to you for review before production begins.

STEP3. Production & Quality Check

After your design is approved, we make your jersey with tackle twill and precision machine stitching, then check the finished work.It usually takes 5 business days.

STEP4. Review Finished-Jersey Photos

Once your jersey is finished, we photograph the actual product and send the photos so you can review the result before shipment.

STEP5. Ships Out & Tracking Is Sent

After dispatch, we send your shipping confirmation and tracking number when available, so you can follow your package along the way.

STEP6. Your Jersey Arrives

Your custom jersey is delivered to your door, ready for game day, weekends and the moments you make your own.

1. Production & Processing Time

Every StitchStorm jersey is customized to order with your selected name and number.

We aim to complete production and prepare your jersey for shipment within 5 business days after your order details are confirmed.

2. Finished-Jersey Photo Review

We want you to know what your custom jersey looks like before it ships.

Once your jersey is finished, we photograph the actual product and send you the photos for review.

Please check the name, number, and overall appearance carefully. If your order requires your approval before shipment, please respond promptly to help avoid delays.

3. Shipping Time

We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

Estimated transit time: 8–10 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping — FedEx / UPS

Expedited Shipping Fee: $20.00 

Estimated transit time: 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Please allow approximately:

• Production & processing: Up to 5 business days

• Standard shipping: 8–10 business days after dispatch

• Estimated total: Approximately 11–15 business days from order confirmation to delivery, provided production proceeds as scheduled and any required photo approval is completed promptly.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, and unexpected delays may affect the final delivery date.

5. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

StitchStorm is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

6. Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet the estimated production and delivery timelines. However, unexpected circumstances such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season volume, or other logistical issues may cause delays.
